It speaks about the things that I can never express in reality, thoughts that may seem weird and unrelevant to others but what matters is I can express my feelings and not just keep it in me.

well that don’t happen to me because i have my imaginary friend who always listens to me. so tell him the things i don’t want the other people to hear even if its irrelevant because i know he listens.
